Each session begins with a conversation. This time allows us to explore the topics you want to focus on, identify any challenges you’re facing, and, most importantly, discover how your unique qualities can guide you toward solutions.
Following our conversation, we will move into the hands-on part of the session.
This may take place on a massage table, while seated in a chair, or standing, depending on the focus of the session. The goal is to connect your body’s physical experience with the broader experiences of your life.
Through sensing, connecting, and truly listening, we create a space where you can feel seen and heard. Together, we’ll explore how physical awareness can deepen understanding.
Your active participation is key, whether by focusing on your breath, describing sensations, applying gentle pressure, or noticing your body’s responses, such as warmth, shivering, or relaxation.
The session concludes with a period of rest, offering you time to simply be with yourself. This quiet time helps you integrate the experience and reconnect with your own presence.
